Cancellation Policy
- Orders once dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.
- Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
Return/Refund Policy
- Hygiene & Consumable Nature: Sidra Nutrition products are non-returnable due to their hygiene and consumable nature.
- Personal Preferences: Returns are not accepted for issues such as stomach upset, headache, flavor appeal, or flavor difference from one brand to another. We encourage you to consult with your doctor before purchasing any product.
- Damaged/Tampered/Wrong Products:
- If you receive a damaged, tampered, or wrong product, please contact Sidra Nutrition customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide an unboxing video, images of the product, invoice, inner & outer packaging, and batch number.
- We will require 48-72 hours to review your request.
- Please do not use the product while your complaint is being processed.
- Damaged Shipments: If your shipment is tampered or damaged, please do not accept it.
- Unsuccessful Delivery: If your order is returned after unsuccessful delivery attempts, please contact our customer support team. We will either process a refund (in the form of a voucher code or BM credit points) or resend the order subject to availability.
- Damaged/Tampered Condition: Please do not accept any package in a damaged or tampered condition. No returns or replacements will be given in such cases.
Payment Policy
- We accept Credit cards/Debit cards, Internet Banking, and Cash on Delivery for your purchase.
- If the amount has been deducted from your account but you haven’t received confirmation, please contact our customer support team and provide the following information:
- Transaction details
- Email address
- Contact number
- Complete product details ordered
- Amount debited from the account
